Why does it have to be like this?

What are you supposed to do when the ones you love the most only have your back when your down in the dirt?
They can't accept the fact that people change, and in this situation, for the good.
They only find the need of enjoying to talk to you when somethings wrong, or when everything is wrong.
They feel like they want to be that person that "saves your life" perhaps.
No.
I want a friend to be there for me through it all, the good AND the bad.
When will I find somebody like this, I don't know.
Until that day, I will wait.
Waiting seems impossible these days.
Thoughts scatter my mind, they're closing in.
I'm not sure what the future, if there is one, is holding for me.
Why does it have to be like this?
